I brought my mother in to the emergicare right away in the morning when she called me with a high temperature. She walked in and said in a rude and smug manner, "you look like you've had a long night". Then I tried to explain to her what was going on with my mom. She snapped at me because I was trying to attribute her symptoms to what I thought to be a bladder infection. I was simply going off what I heard from another doctor. When I found out my mother was terminally ill, I asked that she please wait to tell my mom she was dying until the next day so that my family and I could digest the situation and come up with a tactful way to deliver the news. When I left the hospital, she went behind my back and told my mom without me there which very much upset my mom. This woman is arrogant and cold! I still to this day am livid about the treatment of my mother during her final days.

First thing she wanted to talk about was how sick I was and I better get ready to die. What a way to make me feel good. Sure I have had many medical issues. But I have come through a lot but I'm fighting and still have time to live some more. when I went into a skilled nursing home she saw me once in over 4 wks even though I requested to see her and she was in the building once or twice a week. Her NP saw me and did nothing either. Orders and follow up for specialists were ignored. If you are ready to die, a great choice. I wasn't ready.

Well I switched Doctors due to the fact I didn't feel comfortable with my previous one at Regional. She walked in and was Kind, courteous, and caring of my needs as a diabetic and other issues. I had had so many issues to get the correct level of care and understanding since I moved to South Dakota. She met all my expectations and made me feel like she really cares about her patients. I left there very happy and look forward to her managing my health issues. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone... Thank you
