Dr. Deborah Pasik, MD

Smart, thorough, complete. Her staff is also excellent. Had a problem that was not related to the RA, but her exam determined what it was not and she ordered an immediate MRI, reviewed immediately, and arranged for her staff to make arrangements with the appropriate specialist, faxed the MRI results, had her staff follow up and the specialist's office actually called me (instead of the other way around) and got an appointment within two days, which is impossible for a "new" patient. Cannot say enough about how excellent Dr. Pasik and her staff are! Wonderful!

Let me start off by saying I am a bit biased in my judgement of doctors as I am still young enough to compare all doctors' bedside manner to that of my Pediatrician. :-)Well after a misdiagnosis I sought help from Dr. Pasik as a 2nd opinion. She was kind, thorough, honest, knowledgeable, and precise. She listened and did not allow me to give up on myself or the medications she prescribed even when they appeared (to me) not to be working. Working with me we made some adjustments, waited, and even put in favors with her colleagues to ensure that I was on the right track medically.Dr. Pasik is not warm and cuddly but somehow she is still able to show that she is both concerned for your medical state as well as about you as a person. Her staff is also awesome, friendly, warm, and very helpful. Atlantic Rheumatology saved me!
