She is the best! Need more like her..

I called this office to make an appointment as a new patient, the girl who answered the phone looked up my name in the system and asked if my address was correct. I told her I had a new address, she said she wasn't allowed to change the address in the system, which was a lie, and she would have to have Tammy do it, and said it may take a couple of days, but Tammy would call me back in 48 hours. I never had anyone call to complete the appointment process, but I mysteriously received a collection notice for a bill from long ago. That was really underhanded. She could have just asked me about bill, instead of lying. So if you have balance from an account with Akron General, don't call this office. They are sneaky liars.

Debbie is by far the best doctor I've ever seen. A bit heavy on tests but she knows her business and has never steered me wrong, either in diagnosis or referrals.

I have been a patient of Dr. Plate for many years. Even when she moved or changed hospital affiliations, I have remained her patient.I wouldn't think of changing. She has taken good care of me and many members of my family and friends. She cares about her patients and we care about her.

I like Dr. Plate, but staff answering phones, making appointments can be almost rude at times. Staff that help her in exam rooms are very nice,professional.

We've been with Dr P for 20 years now - best doctor in Akron.
