Do yourself a favor and avoid, no customer service

The staff useless!

I LOVE DR. DEBORAH! SHE IS FANTASTIC

I was referred to Dr. Rodriguez's office by my cardiologist. I assumed that since this was a recommendation all would go well. It took days before an appointment was made. Each time I called the office to schedule an appointment, the answering service would pick up. I would then leave messages; however, no one from the office returned my calls. I finally called on another day and behold! I was able to schedule an appointment. On the day of my visit, blood was drawn. Prior to that visit I had gone to another doctor and blood was drawn then, however, my blood was lost and still cannot be found. I explained my mishap to the doctor and she reminded the lab to be cautious with the specimen. The blood results were returned to me indicating that the specimen was tainted due to mishandling of the blood. I have yet to receive a call from the doctor or nurse giving me an explanation as to what transpired. I visited the office only to be brushed off by the office staff. It is still impossible… to reach the office. I am very disappointed with this visit

Doctor is professional and friendly, office staff is very cold, they seem stressed out and frustrated, not best customer service, difficult to reach the office by phone.
