Dr. Ruddell and her entire staff are kind, thoughtful, helpful and thorough. It is such a pleasure to have confidence when dealing with one's teeth. They provide such confidence.

Dental service is decent. Mgmt needs to be more courteous and more professional. With being "family" business she should act more pleasant with patients.

Everything went fine for a couple of years just with standard cleaning with the dental hygenist. Quality of cleaning were decent with the various hires. Having never had a cavity and with the general bite-wings Dr. Ruddell reported that I had a cavity. I found that unusual and recommended a have a filing. During the procedure, she realized there was NO cavity with her saying thats wierd, uh, it should be here......and kept on drill as if she was going to find something the further she drilled into my tooth!!!! Please be advised get a second opinion before fillings especially if you never had one. Even though, Dr Ruddell showed me the x-ray as if I could interpret it. I'm assuming it was a mistake instead of a way to billing me $150.00 . But please just be alert and ask for a second opinion for un-needed fillings. I don't like giving bad reviews but though you should know.
