Charges money for test results. Refused to fill my birth control out of spite that I wasn’t going to be a returning patient.

I have actually been with this office for three years now. Things have slowly gone down hill and now this office seems to be the worst of the worst. Everyone in this office seems to hate their job. Doctors included. It just seems that everyone has an attitude. My visits feel like a drive through service. My questions and concerns seem to inconvenience them and I feel they don’t take my concerns seriously. Yesterday I arrive for my well woman’s visit. The nurse says I’m not due for a pap, “unless you’ve had an abnormal pap.” Which I did last year. Do they even bother to read your chart? So after I informed her I did in fact have an abnormal pap we proceeded. The Doctor didn’t even do a breast exam. Didn’t even bother to lean the chair back. I was seated in a terrible position while she rushed the pap. Last year it took me almost two weeks after my exam to find out I had an abnormal pap. The only reason I was informed was because I CALLED to check on my results. I spoke with the… office manager who put me on hold for 10 minutes and was rude. It was a mistake giving this office another shot. Don’t waste your time. Find an OBGYN who actually cares and doesn’t see you as just a number. Do it for the sake of your health because it seems like they couldn’t care less. **Update: I posted this the day after my visit a month ago. My pap was abnormal AGAIN and no one has called me. This office is a joke and they should be ashamed

She neglected to tell me information I needed about my birth control that would've affected my choice to use it. She treated me like a child and scolds you for doing anything in a manner she doesn't like.

Dr. Russell performed my hysterectomy using the robotic daVinci. I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor. It was fast, easy and painless for the most part. Healed very quickly. So happy she was recommended to me. I highly recommend her also.

My experience under the care if Dr Russell has been very good. She takes the time to listen and has never rushed me on any of my appts. She cares enough to follow up until the issue has been resolved. I have never had any other dr do this. I was going for menopause issues. She was empathetic and knew exactly how to help me. If you need help and are wondering which dr to choose, call this office and make an appt with Dr Russell. You will be so glad that you did!! She also has very convenient hours and I think the staff is friendly and caring.

Dr. Russell gets 5 stars. She listens and explaines clearly. Wait time maybe 10 min. The NP on the other hand is always 30-45min behind.

I initially went to see them because my husband and I were having difficulty conceiving. We had been trying for 2 years and I'm now 29. They tested us both. Ran lab work on me 3 different times for many different things and they said we were fine and it just takes time. I finally got pregnant 3 months later with my first pregnancy I was 3 wks along called there and they said they would see me at 10 wks to come back then. I started having light bleeding called back because I was concerned. They told me to come in and I had many different lab tests ran. Everything came back good so they sent me home. Still kept having bleeding I called back and they seen me again and they gave me an ultrasound at 4 wks the dr told me she thinks I was miscarrying and these things just happen and for me to prepare myself and that I should never have known this early I was pregnant anyways. I miscarried at 5 wks. Come to find out my thyroid was what caused my miscarriage. It was in the 6 range! Dr. Russell… tested me for everything except my thyroid. I was just told I was miscarrying and that its normal. Please all the women out there please ask to have your thyroid checked. It could save your baby's life.

horrible. The NP was so cold. Barley gave eye contact and didn't want to hear anything I had to say. She comes in and sat down and started filling out papers left and right for labs, labs, labs! I didn't go there for that. I just wanted a simple annual. She Seriously walked in the door said hi without looking at me and started filling out slips for labs. Money on the mind. Forget that place. She didn't want to hear one thing I had to say. I knew seeing a NP would go bad. I have never once had a good experience with one.

Very unprofessional. I was turned away due to the Nurse practiononer not being comfortable with me. I've never had a problem their before. I've had two of my pregnancy through them and I've heard and experience nothing but great thing till she came on board with their staff. I'm very unimpressed and I will never recommend this office to anyone.

Doctor Russell had horrible bedside manner and almost yelled at me when I asked questions. I am changing doctors immediately because of her caustic tone and lack of compassion. Definitely not a place for pregnant women!
