Dr. Deborah Kay Shepard, MD

She was very nice and understanding in the beginning. Throughout my pregnancy she gave great advice as far as taking care of myself and the baby but then she eventually became easily agitated and moody. I also waited for over an hour just in the exam room on most visits to see her for her to rush in and rush out. I felt like the questions I had, had to be cut down to the most important just to get them answered in my short visit with her. She came off as snappy sometimes and unapproachable. The wait time at this office is terrible. 30-45 min in the waiting room, they take you back to another waiting room for 10-25 more min and then put you in the exam room where I have been known to wait for over an hour.

Dr. Shepard is a great doctor. She has a fun and interesting personality but listens and took care of my issues. Her nurse followed up with me regarding a test I was very concerned about and my perscriptions were sent electronically to my pharmacy and were actually there when I went to pick them up. Her office staff is always happy and caring. I would tell anyone who needs an obgyn in Newnan area to see her or any of the doctors at Southern Crescent!

She was rude, snappy and unpleasant most of my visits with her. The wait time at the office was sometimes 1.5 hours or more. The phone nurse for the office is rude and uncaring. I felt very rushed. The office is nice and clean though.

Recommend Dr. Deborah Shepard to anyone looking for a female physician around Fayette and Coweta Counties. I enjoy my visits with her and tell my friends that are seeking OB/GYN care all about her. I trust her and her offices are beautiful!
