Dr. Sillins is a highly skilled surgeon who truly cares about her patients! I am absolutely thrilled with the results of the 360 degree abdominoplasty she performed on me in May 2022! I lost over 100 # and it left me with a large amount of loose skin on my abdomen, hips, and butt. It was so heavy, it pounded up and down when I would walk or run and it was causing chronic skin breakdown. It had to go! It wasn’t just unsightly, it was causing the quality of life issues for me as well. I am so happy to have the skin gone! All in all, it ended up being almost 8 pounds of skin removed. I went from a size 10 or 12 to a size 4 or 6, I feel lighter on my feet and no longer suffer from skin breakdown and irritation. I don’t know what's better, no more rashes and pain, or likeing how I look in the mirror again! Dr. Sillins and her staff are kind and caring. She pays attention to every detail. Every single one! I spoke to two other surgeons before selecting Dr. Silllins to do my surgery and… she stood out from the rest hands down. She took her time, examined me closely, and explained everything in detail including what needed to be done and how much it would cost. The before and after pictures she shares of her patients (with their permission of course) accurately showcase her style and talent and speak for themselves! She is part surgeon and part artist. My surgery ended up taking about an hour longer than expected. Dr. Sillins is very honest and told me up front that an overage charge was a possibility, partially due to the amount of skin I had from such a massive weight loss. I ended up owing the surgery center an extra $1,200 because the nurses and anesthesiologists had to work longer than expected, but I was prepared for that possibility thanks to Dr. Sillins honesty and transparency. And, much to my surprise, Dr. Sillins herself didn’t charge me a dime more for her extra time! I still can’t believe it. She could of charged me extra and I would of totally understood. But no. She just wants the best results for her patients that she can provide period. She is amazing! Not only was my surgery experience great, my follow up / aftercare experience under Dr. Sillins watch has been excellent as well. She watches over her patients carefully, and schedules follow-up appointments at regular intervals and their cost is included in your surgery quote. When I was discharged after surgery, she gave my mom her personal cellphone number to call in case anything came up after hours. What doctor do you know that does that? I sure don’t know of any. And guess what!? If you call her, even at midnight, she answers. We had to call her once when I had become dehydrated and once with a question about one of the surgical drains. After those two little tiny hiccups, I have had zero complications. I highly recommend Dr. Sillins!

Stay away from this Dr.! She does not know what she is doing! I went in for a breast reduction and had to have reconstruction and implants by another Dr. After several surgeries I am still not 100%. She tried to keep my medical records until I told her I was calling the police! Don’t make the same mistake I did!

I recently had a surgery with Dr. Deborah Sillins. She is not only an amazing plastic surgeon but has an amazing heart as well. I am so happy with my results and cannot thank her enough for her phenomenal work and kindness!

She walked right in and made me feel at home. Got a few injections and tweaked up a bit. Far more quickly than other doctors I have been to before. Staff was so-so. Dressed like they were going to a swap meet, and not too courteous.

Dr. Sillins performed a tummy tuck on me. She was the only Plastic Surgeon to recommend the circumferential tummy tuck so that I would achieve the look I was hoping for. She exceeded my expectations and her staff is courteous, kind and really makes you feel like your more than a patient! Highly recommend her!!

Such a nice doctor. I just had botox and lip filler done. I was extremely nervous beforehand but she was awesome and I look great! I completely trust her.

Dr. Sillins always gives 100 percent in her diagnosis and surgeries. Due to cancer she has done many surgeries on me and I wouldn't trust any other plastic surgeon to go the distance she did for me.
