I see Dr.Vicarro every. 3-4 months, she has discussed all my health problems and referred me to other Drs. for other issues love her and her staff

Doesn't seem like she looks at the chart every time I go there and it's always the same questions I'm getting tired of it

My mother sees Dr. Vicario who is always very through and very attentive She always listens to my mother's comments or complaints and goes over all her test results throughely! If she is running behind she always apologies.

I made an appointment for a Medicare Wellness exam and ended up with a bill. Medicare informed me that it is supposed to be free. They changed the reason they were charging me several times. I am not sure why they made me think I was getting a Wellness exam and then switched it after I left. I also thought it was not proper to be asking me about my personal finances.

Usually Dr Vicario is very thorough and helpful but this last time I went to see her she was 40 minutes late for my appointment and she only spent 10 minutes in the room with me. She was very short and not considerate. Her staff was very rude and talking about inappropriate things such as other patients outside my room.
