Dr. Deborah Doster Viglione, MD

I am so appreciative of the care I get from Dr. Viglione! I have personally experienced that she is willing to stand up for her patient as challenges come along. She shows her compassion as a doctor, yet tells it like it is. A very important point to me is that I am able to talk to her with ease. I am extremely thankful that Dr. Viglione is my doctor! Regarding her office staff, I am always treated with kindness, and met with a willingness to answer questions and to resolve issues.

Dr V was on vacation for 2 weeks. I waited for her return to request an x-ray to rule out a broken thumb. When she returned, I am told I must go thru ER to get x-ray -- not x-ray referral to lab. WHAT! What a wasteful medical expense. ER bill $4,000; my out-of-pocket ER deductible $200. An x-ray referral would have been less than $300. Staff at front desk is rude, stupid and inconsiderate. CHANGING DOCTORS. Dr V cannot stay in business with this staff member. The girl screws up on billings, coding, etc., and takes months to straighten out. She does not return calls even to schedule appointments. She eats loudly at her desk, talks about other patients in front of patients and has files EVERYWHERE. Time to find a new doctor for me and my spouse!!!!!!!!!!!

Office staff is rude and couldn't care less about patients. My husband took off work in Destin and drove all the way to Gulf Breeze to see her. He had an appointment card with his appointment for that time on it. Tory never looked at him from her computer and said you don't have an appointment , she just ignored him. He left and told me he would never go back. Now that makes two of us.

Dr Vigilone will find something wrong with you when there is not. Be sure and ask to use your own lab company if she runs labs on you. I had labs run with another company and they came back normal. I also spoke to another physician and they had never heard of the company she uses. Beware!

Dr. Viglione is great, her office is totally disorganized and the wait time is ridiculous.

The only Doctor that will listen to me about my medical problems spends a lot of time with you...you might have a wait be its worth wile it...I love her front office person she treats the way a person should..... I give them a 10 with patient care....

Practices medicine out of her scope of practice and license. Is a quack....be careful.....not a board certified plastic surgeon but practices as if one. Check out her certification and years of experience in that area.....just sayin'. Claims to know everything. Needs to stick to what she is licensed in.

As I told one of her new patients I referred, the staff or at least one of them doesn't give messages to the doctor or not in a timely manner, doesn't answer the phone when in office and has been overheard saying deragatory things about some patients.

I've never been happier with any doctor in all of my years in life.
