Dr. Deborah Yvonne Wilson-Umanzor, MD

Dr Wilson has been taking care of my husband and I for many years during which we have required several eye surgeries. She is very smart and skilled, a great surgeon, pleasant, easy to talk to (bilingual), and has a lovely manner with patients and medical students/residents that work with her. We feel very lucky to have found her.

I have been going to her for 19 years. She has performed two cataract surgeries on eyes. I trust her completely.

Dr. Wilson-Umanzor is an expert in her field. When my husband had to have an emergency surgical procedure she was very professional and clear and concise when explaining the situation. Dr. Wilson-Umanzor took the edge off of how my husband and I were feeling as the surgery was one that could have cost him his sight. Her bedside manner is bar none, and yet she maintains a professional demeanor at all times. My family is so grateful for her expertise and are so very grateful.
