Worst ever experience in the office. The whole staff is insulting especially the manager Pamela Scott. They all treat the patients very badly. I would never go to this office again.

Refused to help with a lymph node problem after I told him I did not want to have surgery to remove the whole lymph node and leave part of my neck missing. I did not want the surgery when there is a big possibility nothing is wrong at all. He acted like a crazy person when I told him I did not want the surgery and started freaking out saying I was “arguing” with him and not listening to him. I was not arguing or being rude I was just trying to find an alternative to removing the whole lymph node. He said I could do a needle biopsy but there was a chance the sample would not be big enough but I opted to try that first instead of something so extreme and intrusive. He said I needed a referral for the procedure and that he would not give it to me basically telling me that my only option is to have the whole thing removed and tested. When he said I was not listening to him, I apologized and asked him to say what he had to say and he acted like a child and absolutely refused saying “no, no… I’m not gonna waste my time”. I paid $40 for the appointment? I was not even in the room with him for 30 seconds before he started freaking out on me because I wouldn’t get part of my neck removed and telling me that I was wasting his time. How am I wasting the time that I paid for? When I told him again that I did not want the surgery after him telling me he won’t do anything for me if I don’t get it removed he demeaningly said to me “you know I’m a surgeon right”? He advertises himself as an ear nose throat doctor and I was referred to him by my primary doctor (there are only so many ENT doctors that accept my insurance) so how would I know that the only solution he is going to offer is surgery? I have no clue why he started freaking out and going so crazy because I simply refused the procedure. After being disrespected and talked to like I was a child (he acts like he is superior to his patients and like his 30 seconds of time he gave to me that I paid $40 for is more important than the patients problem) I decided to just get up and leave because he was being beyond rude and demeaning and he laughed at me the whole way to the front and was talking about me under his breath to himself and to his nurses. It was the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to and I’m pretty sure it’s a violation of something to talk crap about your patient and laugh about it with the nurses. I highly suggest going somewhere else where they actually want to help you and will explore options with you rather than being completely rude and laughing in your face and embarrassing you in front of several people because you simply refused to have an extremely invasive unnecessary procedure done.

This Doctor office are discrimination to English language barrier he refuse to take my mother as she canot speak english very well , after they cancelled her appointment so I can come with her to translate without informing us . I had to take couple of hours off work to come with her and after I filled up the paperwork they said that they canceled the appointment for no reason

I took my son into see Dr. Roy because he had difficulty breathing through his right nostril. He is an athlete in college and we believe that it is affecting his performance not to mention difficulty sleeping. Dr. Roy found something we did not anticipate and his staff was able to get us approved the same day for surgery the following week. We were also seen within 5 minutes of our appointment. Great staff and we are glad we can get the surgery he needs in a short period of time.

I was having sinus problems and thanks to Dr. Roy my sinus problem was solved with surgery . His friendly staff worked to get my authoruzation for surgery approved thry are very much knowledgable young woman and like the Doctor they recive you with a smile. I would recommend this Doctor to anyone who us looking for a quick friendly visit and diagnosis Dr. ROY IS MY HERO.
