Dr. Debra Ann Coats-Walton, MD

Well, once again, this being my third procedure with Dr. Debra A Coats-Walton, my experience and visit with her and her staff was amazing. I always feel welcomed and her expertise, patience, and overall care is extraordinary. I love my refreshed look. You guys are the best! Thank You Once Again.

Simply one of the nastiest personalities I have ever had the misfortune of coming across. Has been rude to me on several occasions, and is extremely self-centered and selfish. STAY FAR AWAY!!

One of the most frustrating experiences of my life. I have been going back and forth between Dr. Coat-Walton's office and a pharmacy in Frederick they work with to get a prescription for a few weeks now. The only prescription I received was the wrong one and they both blame each other so I am stuck paying for it. The last receptionist I spoke to was very rude and when I asked for her name she hung up on me. Save your time and money and find a professional office.

So disappointed, dissatisfied with Dr. Coats-Walton’s sebaceous cyst removal. The assistant tried to talk me out of it. Dr. Coats-Walton’s procedure took less than 2 mins. The incision became infected. Was prescribed an antibiotic. The infection went away but noticed that the cyst returned and was bigger. During 3rd appt was told that Dr. was on a conference call & couldn’t come to see me. That same assistant told me that removal isn’t wouldn’t be successful and I should learn to live with it!

I went to see Dr. Coates-Walton after my black don't crack, face started to sag. I went for a consultation, but left with a total revitalization liquid face lift. Absolutely, the best thing I have every done for myself. Everyone that knows me, especially my sisters are always complimenting me on my youthful look. My friends are men and women, are constantly saying....girl you really don't age. I do, but Dr. Coates-Walton is my secret weapon.

She is the best

Don't go to this office as the front office staff is horrible. The front office processed my insurance incorrectly and now a year later I'm still trying to fix the problem. And the front office personnel keep referring me to the billing office. And guess what I have given the billing office my information several times. I will NEVER go back to this doctor again.

Dr. Coates has lost her touch. I first went in for a visit back in 2010. She was wonderful I was a high school student with an allergic reaction to eyebrow wax and she fixed me up right away. Since then I would stop in a few times for small eczema patches that she would help with, but wouldn't monitor the problem as the situation progressed. I went in a few months ago for a huge patch of eczema on my leg that she miss diagnosed and left me with a huge scar on my leg. I recently went in for a full body scan for a horrible spread of eczema that she told me to buy a prescription medicine for, but did not tell me what it would cure and to take get my blood work done, but did not tell me why. I got my blood work done almost two weeks ago and received no call. The eczema is still present and I am concerned that the medication she suggested is not working. when I called about my blood work her office assistant told me that I would have to call Labcorp to have them fax my results over again.… After two weeks, you don't question why you haven't received blood work back? She clearly doesn't care about her clients needs anymore. I have tried to give her several chances, thinking that maybe I just caught her on off days. It has become apparent to me that she is not a doctor who cares about the concerns and needs of her clients. Sad to say but after 6 years of being her client I will no longer be spending my money there. I would not suggest anyone else who has severe skin needs to do so either.

Love Dr. Walton. Some of her office staff i can do without. Nicole is nice though.
