Waited over an hour and NEVER saw her.

Staff and doctor get two thumbs down ! Disappointing for the Cleveland Clinic who always get 5 stars .. but this doc and her staff are a dud!

ABSOLUTELY adore Dr. DeJoseph, cannot say enough about her! She is unlike any other doctor I have been to. She takes time to listen to your concerns, is thorough, does not leave any rocks unturned. She speaks to you, not through you, in language you can both understand and appreciate. I feel confident in her expertise and care.

Dr. DeJoseph practices the best of old school and modern medicine. She takes an interest in the whole patient and is extremely thorough. She is willing to take the time to answer questions and return phone calls in a timely fashion. I trust her completely and feel that she really cares about her patients. I am grateful to have found such an excellent doctor and it gives me great peace of mind to know that she will help me manage my healthcare needs.

Dr. DeJoseph would be my perfect exemplar of the qualities needed to be outstanding: 1) listens to patients, 2) genuinely cares about patients, 3) gives adequate face-to-face time during appointments, 4) has a friendly, well-run office with highly competent support staff, and 5) keeps up with the medical literature.
