Dr. Debra Patricia Graetz, MD

First they had the wrong medical records up on the computer that I could clearly see for a 50 some MAN when I'm CLEARLY a late 20 yo WOMAN and then asked me if I was sure if that wasn't me! Um yeah I'm sure!, do you need me to lift up my skirt!! As soon as the 'Dr." came into the room she asked why I wasn't sitting, well obviously didn't read the medical records or was still thinking I was this guy. Next thing out of her mouth is "I can't help you." Exactly what you want to hear when you have SEVERE PAIN for months on end and been waiting over a month to be seen. So I almost started crying but didn't because I kept it together. But when I got the medical records from her office she said I tried 'fake crying' and then ended up crying in the end. Yeah, because she started yelling at me after she then suggested a medication that I refused since I had already researched it and it was reported to aggravate people with my already diagnosed condition (by another doctor who did exploratory… surgery to discover this condition). It also is stated that they aren't sure how this medication even works. I even had written documentation to all of these facts but she wouldn't let me speak. Instead, accused me of 'wanting to be sick' since I wouldn't take her only suggestion after clearly stating she 'couldn't help me.' Also, in my medical records from her it still said I was a man. This is by far the WORST doctor I have ever seen.

If she can't find it on Google, you have nothing wrong with you. Her diagnostic skills are lacking.

I have seen Dr.Graetz for the last 10 years.She is very easy to talk to and very passionate about her patients and job.She goes above and beyond any doctor I have ever seen,she is very detail oriented with follow up from your last visit and any test that are done.I feel very lucky to have a doctor like her and very blessed to have her to take care of me.

As soon as I was shown into the examining room, the staff spent all the time staring at and messing on the computer screen. Asked me if I was male and if my name was some guy's name and was completely off. I corrected them and then they went on to ask if I was there so see them for some strange disease I had never heard of. I then began to tell them my symptoms and answer their questions. Soon the doctor came in and seeing me standing awkwardly, I was there for constant pain, asked me if I hurt my foot. Does she not read what the nurse wrote or the previous doctor's notes from which I had been referred? She then made me wait while she read them or researched whatever she was doing on the computer. First thing she said then was "I can't help you." I was almost in tears after waiting a month in severe pain for this visit but I held it back. She then preceded to tell me to take a medication that I had researched before and I tried to explain why I was not interested in it and even had… some articles to back me up, I was well prepared. She wouldn't even let me finish a sentence and told me then that it was my fault I was sick and I wanted it that way since I wouldn't take the medication that doctor's are not sure how it works. Then I did cry. She continued to berate me and then told me I should see counseling and told me about a Christian place. I was just so shocked. Then she left the room in a huff. So I gathered my things and left as well, I did pay though. Later when I received my medical records from her, not only did it say that I was fake crying and pretending to be in pain and kept messing with my purse (like that matters... I wanted to show her the articles, I was interested what she would think you know an expert opinion but I couldn't even tell her cuz she wouldn't let me talk) it also said clearly that I was male. Okay, she didn't even take off my clothes, I'm a female. My referred doctor was a gynecologist. Now explain that one.

This physician started out as really up beat, smiling & nice. I could instantly see why patients can't say enough good about her. At my 3rd visit to her she was in a hurry to get rid of me as her dad was coming with a new exit sign. She suddenly became very rude and I saw a dark side that just startled me! I'd never seen a person change like that before and I'm no spring chicken either! It was like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde! Needless to say I never returned. It was a very uncomfortable situation and one I never want to experience again!

I have been going to Dr Graetz for several years and she is by far the best doctor I have ever had.

I have been seeing Dr. Graetz for several years now and she is tops! I used to be afraid of seeing a doctor but she and her staff treat me so good that I actually look forward to going to the doctor. Plus they put up with me which is a handful in itself. I will miss my Kimberly though who was her nurse and got some career advancement. I just turned 62 and she promised her best to keep me alive and well until she retires! What more can you ask from your Doctor...?

Dr Graetz is a caring professional who will take the time to hear what you have to say, think or ask!
