If I could give zero stars, I would. This doctor’s office is the definition of unprofessionalism, starting from the top. The owner, who is also the doctor, had the audacity to call my husband and I liars simply because we pointed out their lack of proper patient care. Instead of addressing concerns like a professional, DR. KREIG chose to be defensive and dismissive—an interesting approach for someone in the business of care. I will be writing a formal complaint to every platform possible to ensure this doesn’t happen to someone else! Every single visit, without fail, there was some mysterious balance due—not just a standard co-pay, but an additional charge that always seemed to appear out of thin air. Transparency clearly isn’t a priority here. On top of that, this office doesn’t believe in appointment reminders. No calls, no texts, no emails. If you want to make sure your appointment is still on, that’s on you to remember and confirm. Because, apparently, basic patient communication… is optional here. Save yourself the frustration and find a practice that values professionalism, honesty, and patient care—because you won’t find it here.

I went to doctor Krieg for over 5 years. Her staff is not consistently professional but I liked the PA so I stayed. I went in for my well visit and was double charged. I specifically did not bring up anything in the visit as the office has signs that tell you they will double charge if you do. The PA went over my blood work which I thought was included in the well visit and sent in a prescription. About 2 months later I received a bill for a copay. I called the office and was told that since a prescription was sent in they had to charge me for another office visit. I was shocked! The PA is allowed to bring up something in the well visit that allows them to charge my insurance twice? Paul the "manager" called me back and berated me about insurance companies and how corrupt they are, and that I got a prescription so they have a right to double bill. He told me I needed to find a new doctor as I was not welcomed there. I received a letter from Dr. Krieg that she will no longer treat me.

I've seen Dr. Krieg for several years and only had excellent outcomes at each visit.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Krieg and the staff. She is a great PCP. So glad I found her.

3 nurses couldn't draw blood. That's never happened to me before. They eventually admitted they're not used to it and I should go to Quest labs. They also keep cutting off the tip of their gloved finger to feel a vein. I told them it's unsanitary and they should keep their finger gloved. They took offense to that. Dr. Krieg could not figure out the right codes to use for my request for a vitamin D test. Kept saying I don't have the right symptoms. Spent 30 minutes trying to convince a Dr to test me for tests the insurance Co already told me I should have no problem requesting.

Just had my first appointment with her. She does a good exam and asks lots of questions. I have never had a pcp that did such a good job of actually looking me over. She listened to me and made sure all my concerns were addressed. I plan to stick with this office from Now on!

The 62 man that works up front referred to me as "hun". When I called him out on how disrespectful his tone was with me, his explanation was he was "62 years old. My dad is 80 years old and would NEVER address a woman he didn't know like that. Learn some manners and professionalism.

I dont understand all of the negativity. She has been one of the best doctors that I have ever had. I also have never had any problems with her staff, nor have I heard a say an ill word to them. I love her

My family and I have been going to Dr. Krieg for more than 10 years. She is wonderful, but I don't understand why she's employing a DISRESPECTFUL DIRTBAG named Paul. I recently called several times to reschedule my appointment (three phone numbers - no answer) and was charged a $25 "no show" fee. For 10+ years I've paid all bills on time. I asked him to reconsider the $25 fee due to the circumstances. He refused, argued with me in front of patients and told me he could "fire" me as a patient. I have decided to go elsewhere. I can't believe she allows this employee to treat her longtime patients the way he does. I've heard negative things about him from several other patients too. I would steer clear of this office!

Excellent physician and the staff is amazing. They make sure to answer all your questions and do their best to see you quickly without a long wait.
