Dr. Debra Ralston Mcclain, MD

She put her personal ethical morals/policy above proper treatment putting the patient at risk for serious health issues. She violated the ethical code of "do (k)no(w) harm" all doctors take and knowingly caused harm to a patient. She has no bedside manners or critical thinking skills. She is quick to judgment, slow to responding, and shows a lack of empathy. She was belittling, rude, disrespectful, and completely ignored my complaints. She would ask me the same question MULTIPLE times throughout the visit. Each time I would answer her directly. She had a very blank stare and facial expression that clearly showed she was uninterested do to her own personal beliefs.

if i could give negative 100000 I would!! She should retire!! How dare you tell a patient the problem is from there weight!! And say you need a MRI but won't fit in machine you are a horrible Dr and person patient left there in just as much pain in foot still severely swollen and still no ANSWERS!! This been going on a week and it's getting worse. Your the reason A LOT OF PATIENTS don't seek medical help!! Hate we didn't see the real Dr Mr. Del Pilar

I love there staff was very satifited with my kids treatment and made use feel welcome ..

Sorry to say was not impressed with the overall appointment in all areas . Wish this experience was better however it was not and the physician did not seem to educated and was not able to answer my concerns Will be searching for a new physician soon
