Worst doctor ever

The worst doctors office I’ve ever went to. The receptionist is so rude and every time you call you get “Doctors office...please hold”. Today I had an appointment at 9:45 AM for fasting blood work and they were aware that I had a 10:30 am appointment .... somewhere else 20 minutes away. They said I would be out on time. I arrived at 9:45 and called to let them know that I was there and got “Doctors office...please hold.” At 10:07, I called them to find out how much longer and they said “your next we are running late”. I made a phone call to my home and they tried to call me and left a message saying “put your mask on and come in” (this was at 10:15 ). I put my mask on and attempted to come in and was greeted by the doctor with “go back in your car I already called someone else as you did not answer ...you can wait until they are done” and then the rude receptionist responded “no put her in a room and let her wait and she can just wait till we are done and be late to her next… appointment” and I said “excuse me” with a confused look and she noticed and she said “just get out of here, just get out of here.” If your time is worth anything to you definitely do NOT use this doctors office!

Good doctor. Very knowledgeable and very caring.

Dr. Pincus is accurate in her assessment, prompt and courteous.

The worst Dr and office I have ever been to. My Mom was using this office out of convenience. That was our first mistake. As per this worst office manager in the world, I was not "allowed" to be in the exam room with my 75 year old Mom who was there for blood work following a surgical head wound with blood loss. I was asked to leave despite my Mom's verbal consent for me to be there with her. That was the last visit my Mom made to this office. My Aunt also uses this office out of convenience. While needing Pincus' help on a Saturday, while she was on-call, through the service, Pincus said that I was "bothering her" on her Holy day. My Aunt was on her way to the hospital by ambulance. I am a nurse and when I am on-call it doesn't matter what day it is. If you are on-call you are on-call no matter what and as a Medical Professional you are there to serve. She doesn't even deserve the title of Dr....Just aweful

Worst experience with a doctor as well as staff. Rude,rude....and rude....I don't recommend to anyone!!!!!

Dr. Pincus did not accurately diagnose my medical issue. Had I not gone to emergency room, I might not be here today to write this review. I have also found her staff to be very unhelpful.

12 years ago, Dr. Pincus would have gotten 4 stars across the board. She treated my Dad and it was only natural that given how happy he was, I decided to make her my primary care physician and I even referred people to her. She did a great job of diagnosing patients and always followed up on me. Unfortunately my first negative experiences began when she hired her current office manager Bob. Had his rude and condescending attitude been my only issues, I would have put up with it because it was a package deal but when I needed her the most, she did something unconscionable. I was undergoing testing in 2013 for thyroid nodules. Dr. Pincus was well aware of it because she was involved from the beginning and I made sure she was copied on all of the tests. Ultimately I needed surgery and while I was undergoing the per-surgical testing my blood pressure was going through the roof (160/100). I was told that if my blood pressure was that high on the date of my surgery, they would cancel… it. They said I needed clearance and offered to call my doctor to explain the situation and try to expedite an appointment. Naturally Bob was the first issue the nurse encountered but it was Dr. Pincus who had the final word. I was told that since she had not seen me in over a year, the best she could do was an appointment two days later. At this point I need you to keep two things in mind; first Dr. Pincus is more than aware that I have an pseudo-aneurism with a carotid artery dissection that was diagnosed in 2012 - and this puts me at a higher risk factor for a major episode if my BP is not treated. The next thing to remember is that if I had to be put on Blood Pressure medication that it takes about 2 weeks for it to do its job properly and if I waited, it was more than possible I could still have BP issues at the time of my surgery. Fortunately, the nurse I was dealing with was both sympathetic and compassionate and she got me an appointment with another doctor that day. BTW, I did have cancer and it was already starting to spread outside of the thyroid gland so if my surgery had been postponed because of my blood pressure my cancer could have spread even more. Should you use her services? The decision is yours but remember, doctors bury their mistakes

THE MOST HORRIBLE RUDE PERSON I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH IS BOB THE OFFICE MANAGER. HE MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE HE IS DOING YOU A GREAT BIG FAVOR BY GIVING YOU AN APPT WITH THE DOCTOR. RUDE! RUDE!!!!! RUDE!!!!

I been dealing with this DR for 7 years now and I have no problem. She has never been wrong.
