Dr. Debra E Rosen

AGAIN, Dr Rosen’s office failed me. Her day assistant who wears the hoodie sweatsuit in the office is an acute nightmare to work with. That woman is not dependable. From the first time I met her, she’s yelled at me THEN went gossiping in the hallway to the other female employee. Before I was sent by Dr Rosen to get a root canal done, at Dr Z, she had fact checked with my insurance to make sure they’d cover the cost of my crown AND my the insurance said my crown is covered 100% per Dr Rosen’s charge. My root canal was done March 7th and the x-rays were delivered to Dr Rosen’s office with the week. Dr Rosen’s assistant waited 3 (three) weeks to send a mock bill to my insurance. All that time I kept calling Dr Rosen’s to book an appt but I keep getting that witch of an assistant of hers who seems very incompetent when it comes to customer service and doing her general duties - and none of my messages reaches Dr Rosen. I AM FEDUP WITG THE SKACK CHARACTER WHO RUNS THE MORNING OFFICE. She… is dressed in hooded sweatsuits (very unprofessional). Her has no manners and is constantly bitter and rude. I have decided, that after a year of her BS, I must see another dentist; especially since Dr Rosen does NOT how badly some of her patients are treated up front.

Always helpful in determining the best treatment for all dental problems. Professional and kind Dentist. Staff is also outstanding

Very knowledgeable dentist but very little bed side manners . If you need work , good luck . Furthermore , her front desk help is extremely rude and mean for no reason . No hello or goodbye when I am paying them .

She has been our family dentist for many years. My daughter now takes her children to her. I trust her.

She pulled 5 upper teeth for a denture. They didn't need pulling. When the denture was made the gum was showing and there was large gap between my two front teeth. Five minutes after I left the office I was in extreme pain because they were not fitted right. I complained that in the center of my lower teeth it was black. She said, Oh!, that's nothing. When I saw another dentist I was told that it was a very bad infection that ate away my bone. A tooth had to be pulled. She charged me for the work that I had done on each visit . On two consecutive visits she charged me $1,000 each visit without checking my records to see had been paid previously. I was only in the office half an hour on each visit. Boy was I suckered!!! THE WORST!!! If I could only give her no stars.
