Dr. Debra Lynn Simmons, MD

Dr Simmons was outstanding. She listened well, she was engaged and curious. But, most importantly, she wanted to help me. I don't know what's become of her but I haven't been able to find anyone who is nearly as confidence inspiring as she was.

Dr Simmons is a tremendous doctor and very nice person. She has genuine caring and I’m grateful to her for listening to my long story and agreeing to help me as best she can. She’s 100% in the room & I only wish I could have been her patient long before now.

Was unkind and abrupt. Told me to be quiet and said, "Hey, we're going to talk about something else." I mentioned a terrible symptom that had come up. Maybe I was making a comment... like a normal person does with a doctor who cares how they are doing. She said, "Well, WHAT do you want me to do about it???" Well, Dr. S... not a thing... ever again. Do no harm, indeed.

Not impressed at all would not listen to symptoms. Pushed medicines with bad side effects with no good results. And blamed side effects on everything else. Plus you can’t tell her how you feel she will tell you how you really feel

I found Dr Simmons to be arrogant and rude. She treated me like I was mentally deficient instead of diabetic. I fired her years ago.

Dr. Simmons is a joy to visit. I appreciate her attitude. She doesn't act above her patients. She is very professional and yet can take a second to smile and enjoy her life as a doctor.
