Dr O is the best! She returned my message about an emergency, got me in the next day, and treated me swiftly and with such kindness. I finally found a great dentist!

I see Dr. O regularly for cleanings but had never had any real issues. Last week, I broke my tooth and it got infected bad. Her office was closed but she came in on a Saturday morning to help me. Unbelievably amazing service and a Great Dentist. I am moving to Memphis but I will return twice a year for my dental services. Highly recommend.

Yesterday, was my first experience with Lakeside Village Dental. I had a horrible experience at my daughter previous dental office. When I called to inquire about an appointment; I was greeted with a kind and patient receptionist by the name of Amanda. I also got a same day appointment for my daughter. When I entered the beautifully decorated waiting area I was greeted by a warm smile. It was the best customer service experience that I had in a long time. The hygienist Maryanne ( I do hope I spelled the name correctly) was so great with my daughter by explaining in great detail all the steps she was going to do during the exam. And the dentist Dr. Dede Orraca-Tetteh was awesome. She took the time to explain to my daughter and myself the health of her teeth and moving forward what will be expected. Great Team!!!! Thank you so much

I have been a patient at Lakeside Village Dental since they first opened their office. The staff members are always polite and extremely helpful. The staff is also very attentive to your needs. Dr. O. is The Best!!!!! I am so happy that I found her because I have been looking for an A+ Dentist......my search is over.

I have been seeing Dr Dede since she opened and I love her!! Her office is beautiful, her staff is super friendly, and she is always checks on me to make sure I’m ok during procedures. I have my whole family see and I feel safe in her hands. Highly recommended!

Dr O is a great dentist! She is very compassionate, professional, and takes her time with her patients. I would recommend her to anyone in need of a great dentist!

Dr. Dede w Orraca-Tetteh is a non-caring dentist who should not be in business. I went into her office to get my tooth pulled and the care and compassion I received was none! I told the hygienist that she was not able to give a cleaning on that day due to the enormous pain I was in, but she still proceed to conduct my cleaning and then realize that she could not do my cleaning. after the panful ordeal of getting my teeth pulled the doctor never called in my prescription due to her own error and when she realize that it was her error she never ever apologize to me, secondly it has been 2 weeks and no one from the dental office has ever called me to check on my recovery I practically had surgery at this office and not even Dr. Dede could show compassion and give me a call to check on my well-being. I will never use this office again her lack of professionalism gives a 000000 rating. I would not recommend this office to anyone

My sons previously went to a super pediatric dentists until they were older and had to be transferred to a regular dentist. I was told that Lakeside Village Dental was a good place to trust by the office staff who worked at the pediatric dentist. Yes the Lakeside Village Dental office was clean I was too quick to trust the dentist and staff. Upon their evaluation of my sons teeth they only put fillings in half of the cavities in my oldest son's mouth and told me to bring him back later the next week. We were in the office for their first visit for over 3 hours and during that time I could hear my son yelp ouch several times in a very agonizing pain. My middle son was told to come back at his next appoint to fill in his front two damaged teeth. He said they were brutal with the novocaine injections and his entire front lip was swollen and his gums were a wreck looking. My youngest son was given an evaluation and was offered to have some fillings done that day and he was too scared… to go through with it. As I was sitting in the waiting room, Dr Dede Orraca came out and I heard them both talking about removing some of their patients calling them not trustworthy and they then fit my three sons in to have their wisdom teeth removed in those slots where they removed the other patients. I found that to be a bit odd. Once again the time wait was well over 4 hours. My sons were exhausted when they got home. The next day my middle son came to me in a panic. My middle son lifted his lip and showed me three damaged chipped teeth that were not damaged until after the dental visit. I was heart broken and full of anxiety. I called the office immediately and no one answered so I left a message telling them of my agonizing complaint and that we were leaving that practice and will be searching for another Dentist to repair the damage they caused. I was in fear and shock when Dr Dede Orraca called me back demanding I give her an explanation why i was leaving. As I was explaining she got angry and started to shout over me while I was talking. I was so scared, I hung up immediately. I for the life of me wished I noticed the signs before returning back to their practice the second time. I should have known that when they didn't complete my oldest son's fillings and told him to return and come back to have the rest of them finished I should have changed course right then and there. I have spent the entire evening looking up her license and her experience level and looking for any customer complaints or malpractice and to my shock I still haven't come across any complaints. I don't know if the records are hidden or just no one has reported her as of yet. Now I am worried about finding a wholesome reliable Dentist for my sons needs.
