Dr. Deeksha Ashok Kum Mehta, MD

Dr.Mehta is a great doctor. She listens to you and take time to explain things to you if you need her too. I have seen other doctors and she was the one who took time to find out exactly what was wrong. do agree that the staff is disorganized and don't always give you the appropriate information and time to your situation.

I will not go back to this office. I agree very much with the other review regarding the office being disorganized, I agree with the other review regarding being put on hold, not getting to speak to a live person, and not getting a return call. Also, this doctor does not seem to really care about her patients. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!!!!

While I found Dr. Mehta to be a fine doctor, the office staff is horrible and disorganized. Whenever I call the office, I am never able to speak to a live person. After waiting on hold a few minutes, I am immediately directed to a voice message system. I am told I will receive a call back no later than the next business day. That doesn’t happen. I have to call repeatedly and leave multiple messages before I ever receive a call back. This has happened to me on several occasions that I’ve finally decided to move on and find a new doctor. I don’t understand how an office can be run the way they run theirs and with such utter disregard for their patients.

I went to this endochronologist only 1 time. My appointment was at 10:30am and I didn't get to see her until 11:30am. I didnt feel like I had her whole attention as she had to ask me questions I already spoke on. During our conversation, she questioned why I am still nursing my 19 month daughter. After I annoyingly and firmly questioned her back "what are you saying" as I was insulted she was judging me on still nursing my daughter...she asked me the right question about my health and said "o it shouldnt affect your fertility...you should be fine". Maybe she should have asked the right questions first, and not given me such a judgemental face and response when I told her I was still breastfeeding. I thought a professional doctor let alone any professional would know better than to make a disgusted confused face...especially before knowing my background and health during a medical evaluation. I would have let everything go (wait time, not listening , etc) and still continued to see… her again because of the convenience to my home, but because of that one exchange on nursing my daughter I will never go again.
