Dr. Deena Kishawi

Dr. Kishawi is an amazing doctor to have. I am so glad I switched over because she truly cares for her patients and will make you feel heard throughout your pregnancy. She checks in, listens to your concerns, and provides confident comforting answers to any worries you have. I am so glad my first experience with labor was with Dr. Kishawi. I cannot recommend her enough. Respectful, compassionate, responsive, and very knowledgeable.

Dr. Kishawi is incredible-- listens to your specific situation and needs and engages you thoroughly in her own medical decision making to accommodate your choices and what is best for you. She's incredibly knowledgeable and experienced and respectful. She listens and takes the time to provide explanations to your questions and her medical decisions. I highly recommend Dr Kishawi!

Dr. Kishawi is a wonderful example of what every OB-Gyn should be - patient, thorough, compassionate, and warm. Rather than rushing through visits with a disingenuous "any questions?" thrown in at the end, she takes the time to fully understand your background and address all questions or issues carefully and completely. Her bedside manner is exceptional - she's warm and friendly, and her authentic concern for her patients is immediately obvious when she walks in the room. She clearly is very knowledgeable and actually takes her time to explain things in a very clear way that's easy for non-medical people to understand. After having several poor experience with OB-Gyns in the past, Dr. Kishawi was a refreshing reminder of what a good, caring doctor looks like.

Dr. Kishawi is so helpful, smart, and compassionate with her care. She was available to me for any questions and concerns I had during my pregnancy. She is very respectful with her care, and she offered me sound advice.

She is such an amazing thorough doctor. I had such an incredible experience with her. She made me feel very comfortable and safe. She is genuine and really took care of me.

I have been to at least 6 different doctors before landing with Dr. Kishawi. My prior experiences have all been less than ideal, I had honestly given up hope before coming to see Dr. Kishawi. She is quite literally a breath of fresh air. She was diligent, she was thorough, compassionate and treats you like an actual human being which was nothing like my previous experiences. She has incredible knowledge and asks all the right questions, she actually cares about your history and doesn't treat you like a "one size fits all". She followed up with me a week after my appointment and any questions I had she was more than willing to answer them at a moments notice and provide comfort to anything causing me anxiety. Best doctor I highly recommend

I had an appointment with her at 10:00 am, came on time, checked in, the nurse Maria (very nice lady) took me to the room few minutes later, took my vitals, left to call for a doctor, I was undressed and sitting not on comfortable gynecologist bed, 30 minutes later the nurse came and was shocked that I’m still hasn’t been seen by the doctor, went back to call for her… Maria came 3 times to check on me and call for Deena Kishawi (so called doctor). An hour later D. Kishawi came to tell me that she will be back shortly that she has other patients to see, I was frustrated at that time, asked her how long I have to wait for her, it has been an hour that I’m waiting for her undressed, D. Kishawi got so rude and mean, raised her tone and started blaming me that I was late and other patients came before me, so she has to see them first. Maria came with another nurse and they both were shocked, I haven’t been seen by doctor and was treated disrespectfully. Doctor left, Maria stayed with me… until I put my clothes on and didn’t know what to do, I was shaking and got mad, I asked Maria if they are going to dare to charge me for this type of service..? Kishawi returned at 11:17 am “to see” me when I was leaving. Left that place at 11:20 am, feeling disrespectful, unattended, with a pain I am so disappointed, never had experienced this type of behavior from “doctor” I wrote on their “Shining Star Award”piece of paper about my experience (office didn’t have another category of paper), took pictures, have proof
