Dr. Deepa Bassi, MD

A board-certified anatomic and clinical pathologist at City of Hope® Cancer Center Phoenix, Deepa Bassi, M.D., works with multidisciplinary cancer care teams to provide timely pathology reports that ensure our patients receive full, accurate cancer diagnoses that can help determine an effective treatment plan.Dr. Bassi sees her role in cancer care as a guiding hand. Working in the laboratory, she ensures that tests and tissue samples are analyzed and evaluated fully and accurately, supporting surgeons, medical oncologists and other specialists as they craft an individualized cancer care plan for their patients.
