Dr. Deepa Chintala, MD

After my internist of 38 years retired and after having difficulty finding an internist who accepted Medicare, I was given the name of the NTX Medical Clinic. My appointment was performed by a very well trained RN/PA,Jessica. NTX Medical Clinic has the doctor and two PAs who confer and treat patients. This arrangement allows a patient to have care when needed with no wait or to be seen thru a zoom call. Thank you Jessica for welcoming me into your practice!!!

I recently happened to find this doctor and scheduled an appointment. On the day of my visit I was seen by an RN and the doctor walked in after awhile just to say hi and she didn't even care to do any screen or examine any as part of my annual physicals. My main reason for the visit was my thyroid levels, Deepa chintala didn't even talk anything about my health during my visit, its all with only the registered nurse. I kind of compromised being seen by an RN instead of the so called physician. Later day I have given my labs in their facility and the most pathetic thing is Deepa chintala office told me they would call me for my lab results review ,The irresponsible physician or the team did not even care to give me a call on my lab reporting even after couple of weeks and I tried calling them multiple times left voice messages and they give a call back at 4:45PM and if I miss the call due to my work and call them back it would go to voice mail. And this sheer irresponsible doctor when… i call back the office for 6th time, she says i would have left a message , where in she didn't even care all my earlier calls and messages. And the weirdest thing is she ask me the health details now which show how bad on her that she didn't even care to see my case sheet or notes that the RN got from me. On top says your thyroid levels are so high , how in the world a physician would be so irresponsible when she knows the patients thyroid levels are elevated and needs to be on medication...she doesn't even care to know the patient in the first place and then her irresponsibility and carelessness keeps the patients at risks. NEVER FALL FOR THE FAKE PAID REVIEWS!!! i got fooled by those google reviews!! she is just a doctor who charges for physician visit and doesn't even care their health!! I have never seen such a irresponsible doctor and office!!

As a medical professional I can truly appreciate how thorough and genuine she is in taking care of my elderly mother whereas other physicians would just ignore symptoms and avoid testing just because of her age.

THIS WHOLE TEAM AND STAFF SUCKS!!!!!!

Dr. Chintala is an excellent doctor, we are glad she was referred to us by a different specialist.
