Dr.Subramaniam has been my husband's oncologist for qa little over 4 years. He has stage 4 lung cancer. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and has a winning personality. She cares and takes the time to listen to what you have to say. We will truly miss her when she leaves Georgetown on her new quest.

Assumed wrong type of cancer without any tests to support conclusion. Wrong treatment greatly accelerated my family member's decline - died much sooner than if no treatment had been given.

She is very rude and she does not have respect for the patient or the family. She hurts the feeling of the patients by telling them that they are going to die. She misdiagnosed the disease and gave the wrong medication and she spent less than 5 minutes with patient and she charge for it. I lost my loved. I would not recommend her.

Asks questions already asked & answered by her assistant (and answers were documented in the info system). Dismisses patient questionsand fails to properly investigate/identify origin of cancer before starting treatment. Spends very little time with patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Subramaniam's since she joined the staff at GUH and I have many doctors involved with my fight against brain cancer. Dr. Subramaniam stands out as a great doctor in here compassion and skill in caring for my personal needs.
