Poor service, long wait times after your co-pay is collected. Dfficult make appointments

This said I never met Dr Taneja however the office staff IS a reflection of how things are run by their boss, Dr Taneja. We had our doctor's office send blood work results to Dr Taneja's office prior to set an appointment. First they couldn't find the paperwork but set an appointment requesting an additional referral from our PCP (even we had a referral from our specialist). The day after at 8:30am we received a call from Dr Taneja's office stating the doctor was not in our network and lectured us how we have to ask our insurance to request correct information. We called our insurance and they verified the doctor IS in the net and they will contact the office. For three days they tried to contact them without result. Today, over a week later, we received a call from DR Taneja's office on our voicemail. We called back right away and got to hear: "sorry, this voicemail box is full". Luckily they called back a second time and informed us they found our paperwork, they mumbled something… about them moving, and wanted to set an appointment with Dr Taneja. HOW DO THEY even think we would still be interested in working with such a sloppy doctor's office? What insures us that the doctor is more qualified than her office staff? What guarantee do we have that our results are not confused with someone else? I wish all the best to all patience/customers dealing with Dr Taneja but we will not take that risk. The one star rating is only because 0 star is not available

Receptionist was highly annoyed with my rescheduling, which was awkward as authorizations don't take all that long to get. Dr. Taneja is quite knowledgeable as well as a straight shooter. She does not mince words but isn't heartless. However, like a few physicians I've seen over many years, she deemed my extensive medical background as a precursor to counseling. I asked her why intelligence is dealt with in this manner and she back-pedaled. (I wasn't challenging her expertise, just asking highly relevant questions which could predate surgery.) Still, she appears to be the best of the local choices with solid hospital affiliation.

I never saw such a strange combination of an experience Doctor supported by a rude and unprofessional stuff. Seems that clients bother them. Sincerely despite the expertice of the Doctor you have to think if it is worthy.
