Never see doctor, money hungry,, bad care. Very rude staff. Not honest and not trustworthy

This is a very honest review. I have been going to Dr. Amin for 5 years now. The reason I started going there was because I lived near by and the weightloss pills. Unfortunately, over the years I have realize that Dr. Amin doesn't care about his patients. He is only there for the money. How do I know? Well seems like Dr. Amin is running an insurance scam. One day, I was sitting there waiting to see him because I needed my B12 shot. According to him, I was deficient and needed the shot once a week for a whole month then once a month. Fine, I agreed to come do it as told. I get there for my monthly shot on a Saturday. When another lady comes in asking for her B12. Then another man came in for his B12 shot. Then all of the sudden, there are more than 5 patients waiting for their B12 shot. How is it that EVERYONE is deficient? That's when I decided to get a second opinion. What did my new doctor tell me? That my bloodwork came out perfectly fine and that I wasn't B12 deficient... Now,… I had been going to Amin for a long time. I didn't want to switch doctors. So silly me decides to go back to him because of the weightloss pills he sells on the side. Anyways, one day I was wearing flip flops and fell outside in the rain. I bent my knee and fell on top of it. Definitely tore something internally. It wasn't black or blue. So thats how I knew I didn't break a bone. I definitely needed an MRI or CT Scan. After waiting 2 weeks, I decide its finally time to go see a doctor. Especially since I was still in pain. So there I am waiting for Dr. Amin. Finally get to see him for not even 2 minutes. Didn't even give me a chance to explain how I fell and why I had the pain. Sends me to get X-Rays and Physical Therapy. & then had the NERVE to say that my knee HURTS because I'm overweight. WHEN I HAD SPECIFICALLY EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT I HAD A BAD FALL. Wow. That is the last time I ever go see Dr. Amin. He truly doesn't care about his patients. Only about the $$$$$$$$ he gets from your insurances. Be smart, pick a different doctor.

He really cares about people's wellbeing.

This Dr is nothing more than a liar and a hack. If he has no idea what is wrong with you he just keeps making up stories or the same old one that holds no basis. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!

A good doctor, he listens to you and come up with option how to handle all the problem. A good dr.

This was my first experience of medical care outside of a university system in the US, and I was utterly, utterly shocked. This is a completely unprofessional, dreadfully run practice. I felt as though I was part of a playing doctors and nurses scenario at a primary school. 3/4 people are on the front desk, who have no framework for carrying out their job in a professional manner and thus have no awareness of the others' handling of a particular case. Thank goodness I did not have a life-threatening illness! - I paid $200 for a brief consultation, with no further opportunity for questions offered. I waited weeks and weeks for test results, and repeatedly was given false information. Thankfully the only people that seem to know what is going on at the practice are the employees sticking needles in you! This place is a complete joke - live theatre - in what should be a serious profession. Clearly for business only $$$$$$$$. Doctor also made inappropriate physical… contact with me outside of medical examination. (Any further instances should be reported.) This only serves to exemplify that grotesque advantage is being taken of trusting, gentle local people in an area that is far from wealthy.

Doctor Amin is excellent. He is very attentive and carefully listens. Visit could not have gone smoother. I also like that they draw blood in the office. I hate being sent to the lab. The receptionist is "challenging" and if you call for any reason, expect a 20-30 minute hold time. NO JOKE AND NO EXCEPTIONS. Getting lab results ends up being a second occupation.

I called 15 times for my boold work. they put me on hold every time I call and they never take my call. worst serivice ever. I do not recommand this doctor. please do not waste your time.

Dr Amin and all his MD staff were excellent. He listened and gave good recommendations not just for the visit but to better the problems. The only issue I had with his office was one of his staff members does not listen or give proper answers when asked because she is overly busy. Yet overall this is a very good group who care about patients care and Dr Amin is fabolous.

The spanish one, I couldn't believe how at times she was rude with me, being that we're from the same country and everything. and then towards the end of the visit she misplaced my insurance card.
