I was extremely impressed seeing a world renowned Interventional Cardiologist, Dr. Bhatt. He is incredibly intelligent and insightful giving us time to answer all of our questions with explanations, including trial data findings. I couldn’t believe how generous Dr. Bhatt is with his time, patience, and intelligence in mapping out the best plan for me! I am thoroughly impressed with Dr. Bhatt.

I will always remember this doctor telling me when I asked him if he used email that it would "take days" for him to get my email because it would have to pass through Mt. Sinai's "security check" system. I have never seen ANY indication that Mt. Sinai has such a system so he is one of the doctor's who assume his patients are stoopit. When I made clear that I did not buy in to this story he was clearer: He said, emphatically, that he would delete my emails without reading them. And why? Because his time is much more valuable than his patients, that's why. And note, when I email a doctor all I do is ask yes/no questions. I never went back to him.

Terrible, uncaring Cardiologist who makes 'nasty' comments. Don't schedule an appt with him he is 'arrogant' and unkind.

The best technical knowledge I have seen. Not only did he handle my situation handily. But when my 80 year old mother from Florida was diagnosed by two cardiologists with a max of two years to live and could not stent due to the small size of her arteries. Dr. Bhatt performed a two hour surgery implanting two stents. She had 97% blockage in one artery. Three years later she has not had any pain or problems. Enough said. Fantastic doctor.
