Dr. Deepika Minnal, MD

Dr. Minnal is excellent in exact diagnosis and responds promptly to all questions. She spends enough time with patients and very caring. My son had been fortunate to be in right hands for diagnosis.

We would not go there again! I called with my newborn's symptoms and the receptionist said we should come in right away. As a new patient, we gave her all the info over the phone. We rushed in and the receptionist said that Dr. Minnal couldn't see us because she wasn't our primary care physician. This should have been discussed on the phone when taking our insurance for the first time. I called the insurance company on the spot and they said we should of course be seen, they'd get us setup, and the doctor should file the claim the next day. Dr. Minnal's office said they WOULD NOT do that and we had to leave with a sick newborn!! They wouldn't even offer us any useful advice after refusing to see him. I almost cried in the office because I was so worried about my baby and had to find someone else to see him.

Dr. Minnal was very patient with our child who had a lot of anxiety and outburst behavior over vaccinations. Her staff was great, too.
