“ Coast Dental in Blairstone Road location , you never cease to amaze me!” Where in the world do you all; and the this includes you Dr. Janga especially, being you are suppose to be the professional in this debacle, but I was not worthy of your attention , service nor presence during my last visit,remember? That is why you and the black lady would not even show me the courtesy to listen and walked in the back , but yet you charged me for what I still don’t know?? Then when I tried to reschedule 3 weeks out from this incident you had your office to text me on 3/14 saying my appointment was cancelled because your office would be short staffed!! SO HOW DARE YOU TEXT ME TODAY SAYING I CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT !!!! I knew you were not up to par when you and that shady black lady were acting so unprofessional in that office that Day! It is people like the two of you that give the real front line workers and people who are passionate about helping their fellow man or woman a bad name .… I would not have subjected my worst enemy to you and your technician. WHAT , YOU SENT THIS STUPID , DECEITFUL TEXT IN HOPES OF COVERING YOUR TERRIBLE “ MEAN GIRL” BEHAVIOR? IT WON’T WORK. I WILL TELL EVERYBODY HOW AWFUL I WAS TREATED AT COAST DENTAL. DON’T WORRY , I WILL SPREAD THE WORD. SO MY KIND ;YOU SO ELOQUENTLY DISPLAYED , WILL KNOW WHAT KIND OF DENTAL CARE & DENTIST THEY POTENTIALLY WILL BE EXPOSING THEMSELVES TO. ON THAT NOTE, I AM GOING TO STOP HERE BECAUSE AS BEFORE WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO PUT YOUR RUDENESS OUT OF MY MIND AND STARTED OVER , YOU PLAY THE TRICK OF “ CANCELING 2 DAYS BEFORE MY APPT. DUE SHORT STAFFING .”
