Dr. Deepthi M Lingam, MD

I had seen 6 doctors prior to seeing Dr. Lingam with the same complaints. Dr. Lingam was the first doctor to recognize that my symptoms were not normal and diagnosed me with endometriosis (back BEFORE it was mainstream). She performed my surgery and was always so wonderful--she never made me feel rushed and took time to make sure I understood everything that was going on, was able to ask questions and feel like I was really a part of my health planning. If I didn't move, I would still be going to her because she's incredible.

I SAW THIS DOCTOR AND WAS TOLD SHE ACCPETED MY INSURANCE AND THEN HER OFFICE DIDN'T GET A PRIOR AUTHORIZTION AND DIDN'T EVEN TELL ME TILL A YEAR LATER WHEN I STARTED GETTING HARASSING CALLS FROM COLLECTION AGENTS. NOW I'M STUCK WITH A $300 BALANCE THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN PAID BY MY INSURANCE IF IT WEREN'T FOR HER UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF

Always have to wait to see her. Which is ok because she is a good Dr. The staff was great with my first daughter but with this pregnancy the medical assistant barely smile at you and don't help you with any concerns that you have. I use to work as an medical assistant in a busy on gyn office and never treated my pts that way. I gave the medical assistant a complaint and she should of had me undress and she just walked out of the room. If I wasn't so far along I would go to another ob. But I'm 30 weeks and not very many drs will see a new patient that fair along.

i havent seen her in 2 years because she is always delivering a baby or out of the office.. the office calls right before to say " reschedule" ive seen the nurse more than my dr and i dont care for her one bit .. follow up that is a joke! they call you and just say " call us" at 5pm so you cant call back... office is a joke

Dr. Lingam has way way too many patients for her own good. From my experience she's always late, overwhelmed, changes her schedule, leaves early and unexpectedly and rushes her appointments. Her patients often are rescheduled to see the nurse practitioner. She's a really nice person but she doesn't have the time to spend with as many patients as she allows to be scheduled on a daily basis. You'll wait at least 45 minutes guaranteed to see her in a crowded waiting room most of the time that doesn't even have enough seating to accommodate the patients waiting. The staff makes too many mistakes to count, they're rude and call to reschedule your appointments at the last minute with no regard to your schedule. I can understand that she has to deliver babies at the hospital but not EVERY time i have an appoinyment. I can't say enough to pick a different office and save your time and the worry about your baby, not to mention every time I've been in there the past 7 months or so there's new… staff or doctors that have left, BEWARE.

I will not be returning to her office. I had seen her for my pregnancy. Well I had seen her ONCE she was never available so they made me see the nurse practioner and she was not very knowledgeable either. I had to wait for two hours because the doctor was running behind. The explanation I was given was because the doctor showed up late to the office. Very unorganized. The doctor is very inexperienced my baby had an anatomy issue and the doctor didn't catch it until my last week of pregnancy and she told me it will be ok he will grow into his malformation. I didn't go back I'm now at partridge creek and I love dr kobold.

Amazing doctor!!!!! Always takes time to listen and goes above and beyond in the delivery room. The staff has always been very accommodating.

We were lucky to see Dr Lingam once during all the visits we had. most of the time it was Nurse Practitioner. this was not the reason we have went for her. Sorry .. do not meet our expectation.

Dr. Lingam is always in a rush. Never lets Me even ask any questions. She just walks in and says well everything looks good. She has not seen me once during or after my delivery. And if you are looking for an Indian gynac then she is not at all the right person. She would recommend all the foods (like papaya, pineapple etc) which are not recommended during pregnancy in India. The front staff is Ok. They make mistake while scheduling appointments and blame you and make you wait for hours. The wait in the room is way to long. The follow up is way too poor. They say they will call you back but there is never a response even when they need to adress the issue. We need to call them back and check if all our test results are fine or not. The only good thing about her is "Beaumont hospital". It has everything we need and need not go outside the campus for any kind of tests.
