Dr. Deepti Jain Bhasin, MD

I’m tired of being fobbed off to office help who have no compassion, and lack the proper skills to deal with the patients who rely on them. If you’re looking for a safe place to work out your issues, go someplace else. You’ll find no safe harbour at this practice.

We call every day three days in a row leading up to the appointment date to cancel but no one would call us back. Now we have a bill for$35 dollars for a no show. My child only met the primary provider once and never seen her again. They are hard to get a hold of and have limited hours.

This is an absolute disaster of a so called Professional Office. at least a 2 hour wait time, then you sit in another office another hour. she don't give 2 hoots about you. she just writes out prescriptions and gets you out of there. poor excuse for a doctors office.

she took my wife off of fentyanal and precoset and xanax and she is now functing quite well she did a great job once we got started. glad we found her when we did,

Wonderful Dr’s and staff!

Words fail me in describing how absolutely horrible my experience was at this office. There were two people at the front, one was new and she was so kind and helpful. The other one, was rude, hateful and unprofessional. I have never seen so much unprofessionalism in my life. From the wait time, which was ridiculous, to the attitude towards the patients. HORRIFIC!!

This place is an absolute nightmare. The front office staff here are the rudest, most inconsiderate people I've ever seen at any business, much less a place of health care, and MUCH LESS a place of mental health care. I put up with the abuse for years just because I had found a good medicinal regimen and didn't want to start over. The office staff at the DMV are more kind, and faster, too! Wait time can be over two hours. After carefully checking my billing, I discovered they were charging my insurance for a full visit (around $400 for close to an hour) but you're only back there long enough (after the initial two hours wait) for roughly 10 mins or less. They ask if there's been any major changes. If not, you're immediately sent for rescheduling and to have any prescriptions "called in". They were consistently committing fraud against my insurance. By the way, you won't see Dr. Bhasin except the first visit. After that you'll see whoever is available at that particular time. I only saw… Dr. Bhasin once in close to a decade. In the meantime I saw approximately 7 or 8 different young people right out of school I would imagine. I would say the prescriptions were wrong 70% of the time. Getting someone to answer the phone is out of the question. Every visit you must fill out a ton of paperwork asking questions like "Do you smoke?" and other more absurd questions that one usually knocks out the first visit. Not here. Same mountain of paperwork every visit. You must call in refills an absurd 10 days in advance. Forget? You get a strike. After 3 strikes they take some form of action. What a joke. I was the victim of ID THEFT and consistently kept the office informed after my insurance took some of the money back. I brought documentation to show them that this was a criminal situation, the perpetrator had been identified etc and they would get their money back asap, but that's all they care about. Money. Even though this issue was no fault of mine, and they were completely informed of every move, they sent me a certified letter saying they would no longer see me! Just because legal proceedings kept them waiting four months. After almost a decade of seeing them, they cut me loose over $2000. That's an hour of their time in actuality. Like I said, you only talk to someone 10 mins at most. After all the abuse, I'm happy to be seeing someone else but I'm very angry. I forgot to mention they charge over $100 (to your insurance of course and w/out your knowledge) for you to come in once a month and get refills! After bringing this to their attention, the fees mysteriously vanished from my statements. One win for me. I could certainly keep going, but hopefully you have the picture by now. I wouldn't run a tire shop like this, much less dealing with people in need of mental care. I've left worse and more stressed than the day I started coming. The only bright light was Ms. Davis. Thank you for getting my medicinal regimen under control and to an effective state of being. Too bad she's an NP. I wish she had her own practice. Please people, follow my advice. You may go in because you're feeling a little down, but you'll come out feeling slap nuts crazy.

I've had to wait a while at several appointments to be seen, but it was worth the wait. Everyone I've dealt with at Dr.Bhasin's office has been very professional and friendly. They helped me through some tough times and I would recommend them to anyone.

the meds she had me on, blood work should have been done every 6 months. in the 5 years I used her, Never, not once did she ever send me for bloodwork. My primary physician told me another6 months, and I would have had to be put on the Liver Transplant list, that's how serious it was. I was hospitalized one time, she went on vacation. The male doctor covering for her, told me SHE had me OVER MEDICATED.......Wack job for sure.
