Dr. Deepti Zutshi, MD

She rude, wrong, and controlling. Other doctor's in Detroit will not reconsider her opinion since she is a professor at Wayne state. The professor Zutshi prescribed medicine that made matters worse, took many tests and allowed her medical students to take rare tests to justify her medication e.g. chemo. She diagnosed me with a rare disease and made the decision that I should go on disability. The medicine that she prescribed and would not take me off of increased the current problems, and added new ones. It ruined my life for six months. She would not change the prescription. She just kept saying accept this is progressive and go one disability. She called me upset when other specialists requested her records because she is a professor, other specialists, and I should just accept that I will die from this painfully. She said something to one, that made him cancel the appointment for a second opinion. I went to a better hospital in a different state for a 2nd opinion, and I am… fine and grateful for life.
