Gruff bedside manner. Comes across as just not wanting to be bothered. Maybe my relative and I caught her on bad days. Fine for routine cholesterol meds, but look further if you have more serious health issues.

Reply lucky to be alive I have been a patient of Faust for about 8 years. She was friendly at yearly well checks. On a recent weekday morning I called her office with severe back pain. Her nurse told me to go to the ER. I asked if I could see someone in the office first. WAS TOLD NO. I went to the ER. I called Faust’s office again from the ER and asked if someone would check in on me (Her office is in the same building - two minute walk). Was told 'NO. THE ER PEOPLE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU. They did not. After a day and a half I was transferred by ambulance to another hospital. I called Faust's office again, asking for her to call me when she could. I was told she was 'UNAVAILABLE.' I asked when could I speak with her? Was told I'M NOT AT LIBERTY TO SAY Hoping that she never got my messages and that she did indeed give a (?) about her patient I called and spoke to her nurse, Mary. I asked if Faust was aware of my situation. Mary said, “DR. FAUST KNOWS EVERYTHING THAT GOES ON.'

Kind and compassionate Generates enthusiasm . Great teacher

Dr. Faust takes time to listen to you and makes you feel very comfortable.
