Dr. Delana Hadden

Delana Hadden is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has over 12 years of experience working with individuals and couples with varying severity of mental illness and concerns. She specializes in helping teens, adults, and seniors to better cope with trauma, anxiety, depression, adjustment, substance use, and personality disorders. Delana completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University. She is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and utilizes various evidence-based modalities including acceptance and commitment Therapy (ACT), client-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and mindfulness, believing that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all experience.
