Astute individual with excellent bedside manner

Called for a yearly physical..booked till next year...well then...make it a sick visit...booked till next year..? What do I have a doctor for again??

I had to get in to see a doctor without an appointment, and was relieved to know that Medical Arts Clinic had this service. Although they were very crowded, once I got in the treatment room, the doctor took time and didn't rush when treating me. He had listened, asked questions and treated me in a timely manner. The staff was great too.

Good bedside manner.

Seriously, no wait, they apologize if you wait just 10 minutes.

This place horrified me. Every other person that rated this place was very accurate on this doctor and his staff. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. 1 lady that seemed like she was more of an assistant than receptionist was helpful, but not real nice

Contrary to the bad reviews I just read, I had a very good experience with the clinic and found Dr. Edwardson a GREAT , caring docter. I had several problems being a nesw patient, and he took the time for them all. I even left with a knee injection that I needed, but was not even what I went for. I would reccomend to a friend and want my wife to see him.

I have gone from frustrated to angry. First I had trouble getting my RX sent to the pharmacy, or getting a call back from the office. The office staff never answers the phone. You get put through to an answering service that sounds like some lady driving down the road on her cell phone. When you do get in contact with the office, they are belligerent and unhelpful. If you go into the office, things are a little better and I did get that issue worked out. I told them at the time that I would never come back and I thought that was the end of it. Then I received the bill. My insurance covers 100% of a yearly physical. I have bcbs. My bill has a $30 co-pay and was submitted to Aetna? Whoâ??s account did they submit it to? Did someone elseâ??s treatment get billed to my insurance? I donâ??t know because they didnâ??t even have the lousy answering service working yesterday. Today I was told they were out to lunch. I will have to go to the office after â??lunchâ?? to straighten… this out. Never go here.

Dr. Edwardson was fine. i went in for a yearly check up and to have a maintenance medication RX renewed. the office as like going to the free clinic. There was an old man bleeding all over the place and telling the other patients his thoughts on life. Then the prescription was confusing for the pharmacy. The pharmacy asked me to contact the doctor and get it worked out. I call the office at 1pm on a Thursday and the woman who answered the phone said "we don't do Prescriptions on Thursday" and told me i could go to the emergency room if i had a problem. i asked if there was anyone who could talk to the pharmacy. "No, we don't do that. Go to the emergency room." Will not be going back. Will not recommend to any one else.
