Dr. Heron is a Excellent doctor she help me with all I need and if I need her she will be there for any problem I got

I have other doctors she is the first one that when I go see her she reads my file before seeing me. I am 51 years old retired military and she is the best doctor I have ever had.

She is a disgusting human being. Instead of providing care to her patients she will actively harm them. She is aggressive and condescending. Will not listen to you. Refuses to be nice when asked. I came in with a minor problem. Left with anxiety issues due to her interactions with me.

This Doctor is very uncomfortable around people with anxiety, she is physically appalled when watching someone have a panic attack. She is aggressive and uninterested in talking with patients. She insulted me and then said I could go see another dr if I wanted to...she doesn't like patients asking her difficult questions...

She is truly a knowledgeable and caring physician. Not only did she take as much time as I needed to completely understand my condition, she referred me to a wonderful specialist to help get it under control. Thank you Dr. Heron for realizing my needs. It seems to be rare in a lot of physicians these days.
