Summary
One of the things I love about being a counselor is the opportunity to help others. It is truly a blessing. I have experience with substance abuse counseling, trauma, LGBTQ, grief, and change of life issues. I like CBT because it meets the client where they are currently. I am not into confrontational counseling, but I will challenge some of your thinking. I believe that we work together to get you feeling better. I am a dog lover and I currently own 3 dogs, Ernest, Lucy, Crosby, and Crosby rules the house, and is really the boss. Let's see what we can do to get you feeling better!
