Dr. Dellwyn Michelle Turnipseed

I have been going to this dentist for over 20 yrs. As years have gone by I noticed the majority of her clientele are no longer Professionals. One day I looked up and I was surround by non professionals. Also she has so many people booked at a time that when you come in for your appointment there is no place to sit. I have seen them line up against the wall and hall (almost like herding cattle). She goes from one patient to the next without completing any procedure (like a factory line). I have went for a procedure that takes 10-15 mins (putting a cap on) and ended up being there for over 3-4 hours. My husband stopped going to her because twice she almost did an unnecessary procedure on him. He warned me to leave her. But I stuck with her. Now after she broke a perfectly stable tooth and made a fairly good tooth that needed a cap sick (both had to be removed). I am finally firing her. She has a wonderful personally. But as a dentist, it is all about the money (how many… procedures can I get done today). She just does not realize you either going to be about quality or quantity. You can't have both! She is about quantity (how much money I can make today). She never takes time to explain things and her staff hardly ever call to check on you at home after a procedure. Go at your own risk!!!

I have been seeing Dr. turnipseed and he staff for 30 years! She is amazing , kind, caring, and affordable! The best in Memphis!
