If you want to perhaps ruin your life, make an appointment....I was disgustingly disappointed to discover that my doctor Dalphine Valentine arrived 22 minutes late for our appointment. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, I had to reschedule. During our follow-up conversation, I explained that my current medication was causing unwanted side effects and requested to switch back to my previous prescription. I was dismayed when the doctor refused my request and then abruptly ended the call, advising she had other patients to attend to. Wow. Unfortunately, a subsequent attempt to reschedule resulted in the doctor informing me that I would need to find a new provider. After speaking with the clinic, I was instructed to seek care at a different company, but was also denied a refill for my medication until I could find a new doctor. Given that discontinuing this medication could result in seizures, I feel that these actions may be unlawful. Not looking forward to my first seizure in my… life when I am out of medication next week. Nobody wants to live like this.
