Dr. Demetrios Katsaros

Dr. Katsaros is truly an outstanding plastic surgeon and physician. I have had two procedures with him — a tummy tuck in March 2025 and liposuction with J-Plasma on my arms in November 2025 — and the level of care I received throughout both experiences has been exceptional. Dr. Katsaros is incredibly thorough during consultations. He takes the time to explain all available options, discusses costs transparently, and sets realistic expectations about recovery and medications. I always felt fully informed and never rushed, which made me feel confident and safe moving forward. What sets him apart is his holistic approach to care. He doesn’t just perform surgery — he treats the whole patient. During post-operative follow-ups, we discovered I had low vitamin D levels that were impacting my recovery, and he actively helped address that. He has also been attentive and supportive in helping me navigate ongoing insomnia, recognizing how critical sleep is to healing. I also cannot say enough… about Celia, the nurse and office manager. She truly does the job of multiple people — from scheduling appointments and processing payments to coordinating prescriptions and follow-ups — and she does it flawlessly. I’ve seen practices with significantly larger staffs that are far less efficient. Celia is responsive, organized, compassionate, and keeps everything running smoothly. She is a huge asset to the practice. I highly recommend Dr. Katsaros and his team to anyone seeking expert surgical care with genuine compassion and professionalism.

Dr. Katsaros and team have gone above and beyond with my procedures .. Dr.Katsaros is a very detailed doctor that explains everything in detail . He never once made me feel pressured into getting anything. He is extremely professional and is a true artist with sculpting. I have always felt very welcomed in his office, His assistant is super friendly and always a delight. Dr. Katsaros is definitely the doctor that has your best interest. The after care also amazing and included. Dr. Katsaros called the next day to see how I was doing.. He has still been checking on me in his office with ultrasounds, compression supplies and nutrition advice... Its been a month and a half and feeling and looking amazing. I loved my whole experience with Dr. K and his staff. They made me feel very comfortable through every step of the way, before and after surgery.

If anyone is thinking of having a tummy tuck, please do it. Dr. Katsaros not only upgraded my appearance but having the procedure improved my quality of life. If I had to do it all over again I definitely would. I had little to no pain immediately after my procedure and during post operative. The aftercare and knowledge I received from Dr. Katsaros is amazing. I'm so happy I choose Dr. Katsaros and his team to p Dr perform my procedure. I look amazing,feel amazing and in the best shape and health I've ever been.

I was expecting a long recovery because of my age, but I'm very happy with the results, I'm healthier then before. I'm not in any medication of high blood pressure, or cholesterol and my back and knees are okay, I'm sleeping very well and my mind is clearer than before. I'm very happy that I choose this procedure, and I'm very grateful to the doctor. I will recommend this for everyone is in a bad shape like I was.
