Showed up at 1:40 for my 2:00 appointment. Receptionist told me I was late for my 1:00. She wouldn’t even consider the possibility that it was their mistake. Very rude. They lost me as a patient for sure. This was at the Newburyport office.

Needed a new primary. Went to Dr Rizos on the advice of another family member. I couldn't have asked for a more kind, caring and very knowledgeable physician. He has gone above and beyond for me. Promised he would get to the bottom of a problem and he's done that and more. Almost want to keep him a secret but it would be an injustice to others. I consider myself so lucky to have him for a Doctor. His staff is the best, kind, respectful, totally on the ball.. Nothing negative

I am very happy with Dr. Rizos. I am not a big fan about going to doctors in general, but he made me very comfortable. I would recommend him to anyone! And yes, after the physicals and diagnostic tests, he sends the results with a hand written letter of explanation!

Amazing doctor! He had read all about me before I got there, saving us both a lot of time. He ordered tests to be done, and had his Nurse call the NEXT day with the results! At the end of the appointment, he handed me a piece of paper with HAND-WRITTEN notes, summarizing my visit, and reminding me of things I had to do. I thought he also had a great personality!

Treats you Ike your his only patient. Not a pill pusher. As good as, any physician I. The Boston Academic Community.
