Dr Dena Y . Li has been our family doctor for more than 9 years,she is an excellent Doctor with lots of patient and never in a rush when we ask her any medical questions, she takes her time, and explain everything in details, and her advice is so beneficial and helpful. i have been dr. Li's patient for 8 yrs. my time with her was atisfactory but i had to leave the country and needed to take my medical records. i did that with both my obgyn and dentist and they just charged $25 processing fee and gave me my records but Dr. Li's office demanded $20 processing fee plus $1 per page they print - this is ridiculous - me and my husband have been her patients for long and she was our primary care physician so we have lot of medical records. I should not have to pay upwards of $300 just to get my medical records for services i have already paid for. when i told her i will come to the office and scan all documents myself - she refused. it seems all she wanted to do was mint money as she knew we were leaving her. But we were leaving the country and had no other option. Please spare yourself from her service - you will surely find doctors who help you even at the time of leaving.
