Dr. Denis Tsin Chung Chan, MD

I've been a patient of Dr. Chan's since 1995. He likes to get patients in and out and that's what I like. I've had a biopsy on a swollen gland done, asthma medication, EKG, blood tests, things I can't even remember. I was suffering from depression and he referred me to see a great psychiatrist and the appointment was set up right there in the office. No appointment necessary. He's only open for a few hours a day now, but even then I'm usually seen immediately or aftrer a short 5 minute wait. None of that 30 minute - 1 hour wait. In and out. If that's what you want, Dr. Chan is your man. But don't think you can walk in there demanding narcotics or whatever you want that other doctors won't give you. He's not going to just give you a fix just to get you in and out, but he's not going to sit you down and ask you your life story to get to know you either.

He never did anything, just collect the fees. Never took my temperature not even once, never took my weight, never took my blood pressure. Once I had to change my prescription from 30 count to 90 count, went in for 3 minutes, he charged me for a office visit. Hard to believe he's a doctor.I got a new professional doctor right away after seeing him.

Spend more time with your patients. Take the time to listen to their complaint. Ask more questions concerning their problem before writing on a prescription pad. Be a little more caring with your patients, show some compassion and understanding.

It is possible this doctor has lost his passion for medicine. Your visit is all of about two minutes and prescription medication follows. The medications have been wrong for the diagnosis. It is very unlikely that I would recommend this doctor to friends or family
