Awful doctor. No idea what she’s doing

I went to this doctor as my company sent me to this “urgent” care location due to an old injury. My original injury was a puncture wound on my middle finger It was Never fractured or had bone damage at the time so for sure wouldn’t be the problem now. My injury was back in 2016 it was always painful since then but I always function. Now it’s getting back to swallowing and any bump causes me a lot of pain. After almost 3 hours of wait she came in the room said that the x ray didn’t detect any fractures or damage to the bone and that my problem has nothing to do with what happen before so I asked her as a doctor what she thinks it is as you can visually see that’s something wrong with it. So she said she would have to do more investigation and for me to look into my primary doctor that I probably develop an arthritis. I am 36 yrs old and never had any issues with my hand until then, so I asked what could cause that arthritis and she said she didn’t know. So I went on our friend google… and one of the reasons of arthritis development is an injury. She didn’t even touch my hand or anything I put my hands up and showed her: look you can see that there is something wrong she dismissed and told me to look for my primary doctor. I honestly don’t know how these ppl can swear under God when they graduate and then treat their patients poorly like this. On her report she wrote that after careful examination she detect the problem hasn’t anything to do with that injury. What a joke! She didn’t spend 5 minutes in the room and didn’t even touch my hand.

My expierence was terrible and I will not return nor will she be recommended by me. She has terrible bedside manners and condescending
