Denise Campbell is the owner, founder, and CEO of Southwest Sport & Spine Center, established in May 2000, which now operates three clinics. She is an Orthopedic Certified Specialist and credentialed in Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy (McKenzie), credentials that guide the clinic’s focus on precise, evidence-based musculoskeletal care.

Clinical services emphasize active, hands-on rehabilitation and functional restoration. Core treatments include Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy (directional preference/repeated-movement strategies for spinal and extremity derangements), orthopedic manual therapy (joint mobilization and manipulation), and targeted soft-tissue techniques (myofascial release, instrument-assisted soft-tissue mobilization).
