Dr. Downs and her physicians assistant with the last name DUNN and some guy from the clinic with the last name LYONS was laughing at me when I was upset because they refused my daughter treatment. They would not give my daughter a covid-19 test after being exposed to the virus and after being sick for almost 2 weeks with a cough, vomiting, fever, and headache. This is madness!!!!! this hospital is wrong and does not care about people its about the money period!!! Everybody should know!! They did say however they are saving the test for health care staff if they are exposed to it!!

I took my son in today because he has yeast on his behind.The nurse took his vitals, and noted how bad his behind was, and then set him down on the ground, naked. He went to immediately climb on their filthy, old chairs. I told my son no and the nurse said it was fine, that if he peed on them she would get it. I left him naked for the time being to air out, since he had yeast, I feel it important to mention that a room my son ran into before our actual room smelled like straight URINE. It was nasty. Anyway. The "doctor" Downs comes in as my son is climbing on a chair. She sees, and rudely says, dont let you son on your chairs, people have to sit there. I stated the nurse said she would clean it up if had happened to pee. She told me, OH I don't think she would say that. I was flabbergasted. A dr calling me a LIAR. Someone my insurance sees to care for my son. I laughed and asked if she wanted me to ask the nurse. She said yes, so I went and asked; Hey (NAME), did you say that if my son… peed on the chair you would get it? She said she in fact did say that, and asked if he had peed. I said no, the dr was just complaining and then called me a liar, so I wanted to clear it up. While I am saying that, the dr is in the room yelling that he has stuff on their dirty chairs. I told her it was cornstarch and it would come out easily enough. I enter the room and she mentions again, about a naked baby on their chairs, I'm more worried about him CATCHING something from those chairs. I ignored her and said he still has yeast and I brought him in 2 weeks ago. He is still naked, because I had figured she would ask me a few questions, take a look and be done. Nope. Instead, she has a nasty scowl on her face, and RUDELY tells me, WILL YOU PUT A DIAPER ON YOUR BABY. I said that we would leave and I would take my son somewhere else. I won't say what else I said, because there is foul language. I have been going there since I was a teen, and have also noticed blood on some of the exam tables when I was younger. She was obviously upset because she had to work on a Saturday morning, and she wasn't at home sitting her fat, lazy butt. PLEASE. TAKE YOUR CHILDREN SOMEWHERE ELSE. This place is filthy, unprofessional, and not to mention, there are hundreds of better, PROFESSIONAL, more qualified Drs in the next town over. How rude and unprofessional to call me a liar. I will NEVER step foot in the disease bucket again. I would rate -10 if I could.

I have 2 kids with major allergies and one who had got 3 rare blood infections and when she was unsure on one of the infections she did everything she could to learn about it and she called other specialist around to get input on this type of infections and studied up on it and what would be the best for my child. She also had not just one follow up with my child but 2 to make sure it was not returning I have never met a doctor who was so personalized with her patients. When my oldest child was in and out of the ER (when she was a baby) The doctor new how concerned we were so she gave us her home phone number so we could call her when we were on our way to the ER so she could meet us there...So my person experience she is the best pediatrician in the world for me!
