Do not get a hemorrhoid repair from her. She did one for me about six years ago and gave me a fissure. I can not have a normal bowel movement without having to go in the shower after. I suspect that when she did the excision a stitch popped off . I returned to the office in extreme pain and she did nothing to fix it and let it heal inappropriately. I wish I could turn back the hands of time every day. I literally think about her because she causes me embarrassment and suffering I should've sued her.

I have seen Dr. Elser for over 15 years and can say she is anything but rude and heartless. If it weren't for her, I would likely not be alive today. She is kind, caring and has been there to walk me through some of the most painful conditions I've had since childhood. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

She is a very bitter person. I would not advise anyone to get treatment from her. She gives advice so she can profit from it. She does not like children and has a very nasty attitude. My experience with her was very unpleasant.

Dr Elser doesn't care about her patients, no personality and very rude. I asked questions and she completely ignored them and asked what my insurance was in mid sentence. I felt very rushed with no answers. I guess money is more important than the whole person being treated.

Dr Denise Elser took her time with me and comforted me even though I was a nervous wreck when I first arrive. She figure out my problem right away, and finally gave me hope. I highly recommend her

I saw Dr Elser for the first time having problem and she took actually 2 min to examine me and spent 2 min in office with me wanting to set up urodymatic test. I actually spent more time with her nurse asking questions that Dr Elser didn’t have time for me. I went to my gynecologist who I have seen for many years and he examined me and spent a half hour talking saying that I did not need surgery Dr Elser recommended and had other options to try like medicine etc. go and get a second opinion it saved me from unnecessary surgery would have made my condition worse.

This doctor don’t care about her Patients she takes a 2 minutes talking about your Health and rest of it she give you instruction on piece of paper for you to figure out she change me 25000 Dallas cash for the procedure I was in pain for 3 weeks just to find out my Condition Is worse than before my procedure she make me feel so uncomfortable when she was performing the procedure by talking with her staff about movie that she watch over the weekend not focusing on her performance and making unprofessional jokes about it when I come back for Check up she told me she will have to repeat the Procedure using different technique and I have to pay for it again. I left 3 messages for her to call me She never did I never in my life meet Doctor like her I strongly believe she should change her career and also suggest stay away from her
