My family has really enjoyed having braces at Flynn Orthodontics. I highly recommend this office

The office of Dr. Flynn is amazing. I have always felt comfortable and cared for. She is very experienced and provides great treatment.

Rude to patient, accusing of eating certain foods when actual damage was from injury to face. Wouldn’t schedule for emergency appointment, told can wait 3 weeks to be evaluated at next appointment THEN told it was our fault that our schedule couldn’t conform to her appointments.

My first complaint about this place is how they talk down to people. If the 15 year old patient dies brush well enough, they try to embarrass them and then when they call the guardian back they try to shame them because the teenager didn’t brush his teeth well enough. Secondly, they call you while you’re st work. Some people can’t answer cell phones at work. In the meantime they leave a message to tell you there’s a cancellation. In the time it takes you to go someplace to listen to the message and call right back (a total of 3 minutes), they tell you the cancellation has already been filled. They’re the ones that want to remove the braces because he doesn’t take care of his teeth well enough, but yet they’re rude and condescending when you talk to them. Hate this place!!!

I like that Dr. FLYNN is my daughters orthodontist. The staff is friendly and always tries to work with our schedule for appointments. My daughters teeth have turned out beautifully straight. Thank you Dr. Flynn and staff.

I have had my braces on over 2 years. Every visit I have had, the staff and Dr are friendly and knowledgeable. Have recommended to many people.

Giving a 1 star is too much!!! Besides her being rude every time my daughter had an appointment, she kept braces on my daughter for over 4 years until I finally told her that I wanted them off for her Senior pictures. Within a couple of months, her teeth were worse off than before she had braces on. She just went to another Ortho consult and was told that Dr. Flynn did more harm than good with the treatment and to fix her teeth, she will now need 6 teeth pulled and braces again for 2.5 years. I would NEVER recommend Dr. Flynn to anyone!!!

Wonderful customer service and orthodontic care

The staff and Dr are all very friendly! We enjoy our visits and they know us by name!

This office has a high turn over, treat the kids poorly, and if you complain make it worse. Do not recommend this office.
